UK: Standard and Tracked Shipping (Free Standard Del Over 20, Free Tracked Del Over 50)

US: International Standard and Tracked Delivery Available. Duties collected at checkout.

EU: Currently Closed

Rest of World: International Standard and Tracked Shipping

 

Please note that due to any holidays, there may be delays in shipping.

Most products are usually shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. Anything custom made could take a little longer to process. As a small business, if I am away and unable to ship, I will leave a shop announcement and ship as soon as I return.

Buyers are responsible for making sure the shipping address is correct. Packages cannot be rerouted or refunded due to incorrect address.

Buyer is responsible for making sure address provided is a safe and reliable address. Most packages are sent untracked. Please upgrade to tracked shipping to ensure more reliable delivery and replacement if lost.

Packages Lost:

Once a package is sent, I am not responsible for delays due to carrier. Orders suspected to be "lost" or "stolen" may be replaced or refunded after an investigation by the carrier. All items are packaged and sent with care. If a package is delivered damaged, send a photo of the damage to the item and the packaging and we can issue you a replacement where possible. Where untracked shipping is chosen, I cannot be responsible for lost items, please upgrade to tracked shipping for free replacement when lost.

For International Shoppers: Currently, my website ships within the UK and Worldwide excluding EU countries and members.

For US Shoppers: Please be aware that regardless of value, your order may have import duties plus carrier or customs processing fees (typically $10–$30). It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover these fees. Check with your local postal carriers to see how these tariff changes may affect you. (as of August 2025)

US orders from SwirliNyx are now shipped only by tracked delivery methods.

Returns

Returns are accepted.

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@swirlinyx.com to request.  If your return is accepted at our error, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If the return is a change of mind/no longer wanted, you must supply the return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When your return is received, you can expect a refund to be processed within 7-14 days.

Items that can't be Returned/Exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Commissioned work
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
